WiFi

Your speakers connect to Wi-Fi through the app. If you move your speakers to a different location or replace your Wi-Fi router/access point, the speakers may lose their connection to the network.

Currently, the app does not have a dedicated option to change the Wi-Fi network of an existing room. We are working on adding this.

Workaround

You can use the room setup process to connect your speakers to the new Wi-Fi network without creating a new room:

1. Select “+ Create a new room” from the room list

2. Press “Scan QR code”, and scan the qr of both the speakers

3. Wait for the new WiFi network to show up and select it.

4. Fill in the password

5. Wait for the speakers to show that they are both connected.

6. Press the back button until you are in the room selection list again.

Your speakers are now connected to the new Wi-Fi network while remaining assigned to their original room.
